Our founder, Vikash Kumar, starts delivering AI consulting and automation projects through his earlier startups, helping businesses move from AI curiosity to working solutions.
Building what businesses actually use
Through those ventures he builds AI voice agents, WhatsApp AI bots, CRM and workflow automation for businesses in sectors such as real estate, healthcare and professional services.

Vikash Kumar
Vikash Kumar founded AI Marcom to help small and mid-sized businesses put AI to work in their day-to-day operations. He designs AI voice agents, WhatsApp AI bots and business process automation that answer customers faster, capture and follow up every lead, and take repetitive work off busy teams, with a clear focus on practical results for growing SMEs. Before founding Unified AI Marcomm in 2025, he delivered AI consulting and automation projects through his earlier startups.
There was a gap. We built the bridge.
In 2021, AI was everywhere in headlines — but adoption was stuck. Consultants quoted astronomical fees. Vendors oversold and underdelivered. Businesses were left confused, overspent, and under-transformed.
After years of hands-on AI projects, our founder started AI Marcom in 2025 to be the partner he wished existed: technical enough to build real AI, business-minded enough to make it matter, and honest enough to tell you when something won’t work.
