These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, tools, and services provided by Unified AI Marcomm Pvt. Ltd. (“AI Marcom”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including aimarcom.com and any integrations we operate on behalf of our clients, such as Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business, and related automation workflows. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

AI Marcom provides AI-driven marketing, automation, lead-generation, and business transformation services to companies, including managing lead capture integrations (such as Meta Lead Ads) on behalf of our clients.

2. Use of Lead Data

Where we operate a lead capture integration for a client (for example, a real estate developer running Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads), submitted information is used solely to route the inquiry to that client for follow-up, and to operate the automation workflow that delivers it. We do not use this data for unrelated marketing without consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting unauthorized access to our systems, submitting fraudulent information, or using our platforms for unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, workflows, and technology on aimarcom.com and within our services remain the property of Unified AI Marcomm Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in a separate client contract.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or integrations.

7. AI-Generated Output

Some of our services use artificial intelligence, including AI voice and chat agents, content generation and data analysis. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. It is provided to support your decisions, not to replace professional, legal, medical or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or sharing it with others. Where we deploy AI agents for a client, the client is responsible for how those agents are used with its own customers, unless a separate contract says otherwise.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unified AI Marcomm Pvt. Ltd., its directors and employees against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or content and data you provide to us, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any separate written agreement, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
