("AI Marcom", "we", "us", "our"), including aimarcom.com and any integrations we operate on behalf of our clients, such as Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business, and related automation workflows. AI Marcom provides AI-driven marketing, automation, lead-generation, and business transformation services to companies, including managing lead capture integrations (such as Meta Lead Ads) on behalf of our clients.
Where we operate a lead capture integration for a client (for example, a real estate developer running Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads), submitted information is used solely to route the inquiry to that client for follow-up, and to operate the automation workflow that delivers it. We do not use this data for unrelated marketing without consent.
You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting unauthorized access to our systems, submitting fraudulent information, or using our platforms for unlawful purposes.
All content, workflows, and technology on aimarcom.com and within our services remain the property of Unified AI Marcomm Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in a separate client contract.
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms of service.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or integrations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
